Update...

I'm tired, so I'm not posting pictures with this, but I just wanted you all to know that I have a couch and love seat! They were 50 dollars total, off of Craigslist. And the guy that owned them delivered them too! They are actually way nice for the price, it's nice to have some furniture. I have a job interview Monday for a dentist office, I didn't get the one at the law firm but that's ok. It was great interview practice. Umm..what else? I really like my ward, people here are really friendly and there is a lot of baptisms. My first Sunday here there were 2 new members, and last week, they announced that there were 5 baptisms this week. It's funny because in my Utah singles ward, our goal was to convert 1 person a year! So the missionary work here is amazing. Sorry if you call and I don't answer. I used up most of my minutes the first week I was here, so I can talk after 9 for free, or on weekends. Sorry about that! I love and miss you all and hope that all is going well. Just being here the last 2 and a 1/2 weeks has made me grateful for what I have, and have had in my life the past 26 years. I am so blessed! Can't wait to see you again!

Hey Tawna, Hope the dentist office interview went well. Sorry we were not in town when you called, you sounded a little sad, I'm sorry we missed you. I will call you soon and let the girls chat with you. We love you- stay happy! You are doing something that not many of us dare to do, so have fun doing it! I'm glad your ward is great.

I saw your blog on Kelsy's. It sounds like you are having fun adventures. I saw you have Kim Lovell's blog, do you know her email so I can get permission to her blog & get in touch with her. If so can you email me her email at spackmansrock@msn.com
Thanks,
Destiny

Qui,
Its definitely different living outside what I like to call the "Mormon bubble". Its amazing to know the members that you see are choosing to live the gospel and not just expected to. If that makes any sense? I definitely love that every day you can have a missionary experience instead of once a year or even less. Anyways... glad to see you are doing great so far! Couches are always wonderful things to have.
Love ya!

Good luck on the job interview! I was reading the last post that is a cute tag. I totally remember your dog Beau. I was so afraid of him. He reminded me of the huge dog on Sandlot Hercules. Whenever I walked by your house to school after piano lessons at Susanne Merrills I would walk on the other side of the road because I was afraid he would break the fence down. Funny memories.
